Longterm. Unfortunately because of the shortterm thinking that reigned supreme in this question of sustainability hasnt really come up at all. As i said before for all the money the International Community is spending on the Afghan Government to build the judiciary, the parliament to build capacity worldwide money is also going to warlords and strongmen. The u. S. Taxpayer dollars are still going to warlords and strongmen around the country and thats bad in and of itself but its also bad because it ensures continued weakness of the Afghan Government.
