yesterday afternoon. once this was reported, fish & game east bay regional park, berkeley police searched by foot, patrol car, dirt bikes, helicopter. they wasted no effort. they even inspected cars leaving the area. meanwhile the special victims unit interviewed the boy and got a description of the suspect. it's unusual. a black man with blonde hair and green streaks. we have no other information at this point. the manhunt continues. you know, i did check a little bit into some of the statistics of these types of things happening. a website called stopsexoffenders.com mentions that ...
