3 bill we begin this 3 morning with an update to a story we have been following on news 4. A longstanding lawsuit over the splitting of reno and truckee meadows Fire Agencies is now settled. The lawsuit was filed in september of 2014 by the city over unresolved costs from the 2012 deconsolidation of the agencies. So, now that things are settled what does that mean for each side. Under the settlement, both sides have agreed to drop Financial Claims against the other. And the district will pay back Workers Compensation money it began withholding when reno filed the suit.
