Open. This accident happened right before 5 30 in the middle of the afternoon commute. It turned traffic into a nightmare and seriously injured a chp officer. The afternoon traffic is bad on a good day, but now it was made worse. I had to get off the freeway. One was hoping hopefully it would die down but it didnt die down. That goes to show precision being used to address these issues being brought up by the neighborhoods affected by the project. And thats incredibly important. And, so, while speed can be sometimes a bad thing, that a slow process in and of itself is not necessarily a good thing either.
