Councillor Saj Malik gives his plans for the LTNs LOW Traffic Neighbourhoods [LTNs] have divided people from across the city for months now – one councillor, however, thinks he has a solution that will make everybody happy. Sajid Malik, Oxford City Councillor for Temple Cowley, says he has a plan to make the LTNs ‘acceptable to most as it’s difficult to make everyone happy’.
