Did an extensive investigation producing a 52 page report. They concluded Deputy Gelhaus didnt do anything criminal when he shot 13yearold andy lopez last october but protestors disagree. In the neighborhood where low feds was shot dozens of protestors rallied saying the decision condones brute force by law enforcement.
