Pelosi and now he is shifting the blame. Is that right . Thats right, martin. President trump has been all over the map when it comes to who bears responsibility for the partial shut down. He went from saying he would be proud to own a shut down in pursuit of money for his border wall to pointing t ining fingery pelosi saying thats preventing her from cutting a deal. Now he is calling it a schumer shut down. Its not clear if thats still in fact an actual wall and not clear how much he wants to go to the construction of a wall or barrier versus the funding he would like to go to Border Security...
