Announcement comes as owner plans upgrades to modernist high-rise Global investment bank and wealth management company UBS has renewed its lease at the downtown Nashville tower that bears its name. Shorenstein Properties LLC, which owns the modernist high-rise, announced Tuesday the lease renewal and plans to upgrade the building. San Francisco-based Shorenstein acquired the 29-story building at 315 Deaderick St. in 2019 for $135 million, according to Metro records.
