Announcement comes as owner plans upgrades to modernist high-rise Global investment bank and wealth management company UBS has renewed its lease at the downtown Nashville tower that bears its name. Shorenstein Properties LLC, which owns the modernist high-rise, announced Tuesday the lease renewal and plans to upgrade the building.
