Finding homes for his 18 dogs. Twelve of the dogs are now at the shelter. The Humane Society says the man took very good care of and loved all his dogs. These were dogs that he rescued. Draft proposal that would ban alcohol year round on all state beaches. The proposed ban would apply to the sand or fenced in areas of the beach, the swimming area, and a 200 foot land buffer surrounding those areas. The ban is being considered because incidents have revealed patterns of excessive consumption of alchol at several state beaches which threatens the safety of the general public.
