Welcome back. Youre on a Senate Judiciary committee. If president obama sends up a n nominee, should they hear it. They should not. Should they get a hearing . I dont think they should because its not about the particular nominee. I think what hearing would end up very politicized. And i dont think it would be fair to the nominee. I think this is a matter of policy, that during a lame duck period we should not be confirming a Supreme Court nomination particularly, luke at Justice Scalias passing.
