Situation and a brand new newborn, i can see the stress thats occurring to him, so we all just want to move on with our lives, im going the move out because i understand he wants to be with his family. I do have my parents here, one of them is disabled my brother is disabled my nephew, his sons child care is 10 minutes away from where i currently live its just a family situation were trying to do were not trying to capitalize on the market or try to make any money from this, we want to return our home back to a Single Family home.
