I believe i can to the extent its not privileged. I would imagine it shouldnt be privileged but id be surprised if a document like that would be privileged. Im sure we can work out a situation where you can provide that to us. Okay. But it may well be in terms we dont need filled out one, just blank one to see what kind of questions you are asking. I would ask, have a moment hcr working with ice reviewing the form. I dont know where that process is but i know the form has been subject people have had a look at it. I think its googleable even if the government doesnt release it. It is a public form. I cant remember the number. I appreciate that. Recently received here at the commission a number of complaints, copies of complaints that were submitted involving religious freedom submitted by arab American American Arab Antidiscrimination Committee involving ....

First net is their first priority. Because this is no pra jorty of comment about people that we work with, but first net is a secondary item for them. They have a fulltime day job and we pile on top of that. We probably dont get the urgency that we feel about things. So to the degree we can take accountability and responsibility for those functions well obviously follow all the rules and regulations but we would have an opportunity to move more quickly. Id like to see what we can do about improving that and also taking responsibility from commerce and obviously e we wouldnt do that until such time were prepared. We went through that process with our finance organization. Initially, they provided support for us. Today we do a lot of that work ourselves. So i think we have demonstrated we can bring in the right resources with the right talent and training, put the controls in place to cause people to feel comfortable to fullfill that. Id love for you to submit more of that for the record ....

Wireless technology. [laughter] he has a masters science from stanford we will lean on that heavily particularly with my first questions i will begin. Each question is directed to one panelist but i encourage you to weigh in to get the conversation going. Talk about neutrality and how this relates to wireless but putting that engineering degree to work advocates of strong neutrality where they pay for priority they are worried everyone will get a lower quality of service in this would be legitimate concern but does priority necessarily entail a sacrifice of the quality of service . Is a possible to introduce priority without degrading the quality. It depends if it is the zero sum game or not from an engineering perspective i do not view it as such maybe we do have restraint of capacity this there the wired networks so prioritizing certain types in the system does not necessarily have any adverse effect. As an economist in light of the answer is not have a sacrifice that there could be ....

CSPAN2 The Communicators January 20, 2014

Relevant is to win a president ial election. And to do that, you have to find somebody who both embodies the message and can win. So its a lovely thing to write a book of political philosophy, but basically youve got to find a candidate who can embody enough of that to be a conservative and to win. I think a lot of people felt be, for example, this the last election that mitt romney wasnt really a philosophical conservative, that he was more of a pragmatic businessman and maybe wasnt at the core, you know, bought into all of these policies. And then as you say, we have the debate now between, say, christie and a cucinelli example. Obviously, one thing i think conservatives have to do is to quit killing each other and to give each other a little room to breathe. Right after the election, you know, Chris Christie has beaten his opponent by a modern landslide, and he says after that im a conservative. And in my view, he has, had the ....
