Police in Mount Pleasant, Westmoreland County are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenager.
Authorities are trying to locate a missing 17-year-old boy from Westmoreland County. Devan Smith, a student at Mt. Pleasant Area High School, was last seen Sunday in Cook Township, according to information from Mt. Pleasant and state police in Greensburg. Police said Smith is a white male with brown hair
