Potentially do it. But as i was talking with the report that its much more of a policy statement to make. The rates isnt that great. I understand that, butted but we just need it spelled out so we can make a decision of how we move forward. Correct. Thats one thing they will be looking at. When you see the final report, here is all the assumptions that were made to get there, you dont have to keep that sums assumption or why you chose this instead of something larger.
