The collision happened this morning at the intersection of north white road and florence court. It was two blocks away from a high school. Kpix 5 says the driver and his car were caught on camera. Maria. Reporter police say the victim was standing on the roadway, normally where cars park, when that suspect swerved and hit the victim. The victim was thrown 50 feet.
