Clyde Mayor Jim Trantham called the monthly meeting of the Town Board to order Dec. 10 with Mayor Pro Tem Frank Lay II, and aldermen John Hemingway, Dann Jesse and Diane Fore in attendance. Alderman Jesse brought the board up to speed on the August offer by Pastor Roy Watkins to donate the building Louisa Chapel to the town. The church closed in May due to declining membership.
