Lets get right to the scene. Jadiann thompson live in chelmsford for us, jadiann. I just spoke with family that 15yearold boy youre talking about is okay. Thankfully but his clenl aged sister was talking for me over the phone. They are saying they cant believe what happens in their family tonight. She says they were playing on hover board and all of sudden, it started to smoke and thats when things got out of hand.
