Yesterday talks broke down after 30 hours of negotiations. Union members say they were on board with wages and pensions but could not agree on the work rules put in by management. We were this close and yet at the last minute, they through in a Management Rights clause that takes away our rights as workers. Everything else was done. These are work rules that were essential to maintaining the future efficiency and effectiveness of the agency.
