Inspecting the train and conferring with the state and local counterparts. This week, the inspection the officer in charge and his team will interviewer everyone on board, and the operator of the train will be tested for drugs and alcohol, standard operating procedure. Safety records will be used and digital data will help determine who was in the cabin of the train and the speed at the time of impact. When you have a highspeed train going down where people are on the tracks, on automatic pilot, when the protocol says you should be going 25 Miles Per Hour on manual, somethings wrong out there....
