On Saturday, October 30th, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., the LaSalle Public Library will welcome Trick-or-Treater youth outdoors, on the south side of the Library in the book drop lane, for a “treat” of a gift book and a special 3D printed glowstick armband.
