　　在宁波，当地交警部门24日晚发出通知称，在防御台风“烟花”一级应急响应期间，如存在车库(位)进水等安全隐患的，可以就近选择在路边停车避险，并提出停车时，要注意不影响行人、非机动车通行和主车道的畅通等要求。25日，在宁波城区，环城南路高架两旁有序停满了汽车。
　　不止宁波，该省衢州、金华、台州等多地均发出类似通知，开放国企下辖的公共停车位，或者城市公共停车位以及城市道路等，供市民停车。
　　在浙江绍兴，浙江省红十字会则调拨348个救灾家庭包，用于该市柯桥区红十字会开展救灾救助工作，包内有毛毯、凉席、雨衣、T恤、毛巾、碗筷、保温杯、手摇手电筒等，基本可以满足一户家庭短期内的生活所需。
