The cost of the doc fix to bill at a level that doesn't cost them money. one of the big problems that exist with the health care bill is you're putting 32 million people into a system and you're not adding one doctor or nurse. this is not going to improve the quaulgt of health care. we need a more comprehensive approach in terms of how do we it actually improve the quality of health care as opposed to that this is just a process by which you turn health care over to more government control and we don't feel that's the appropriate approach. >> david, when we're talking about more civility and c...
