closer to 11:00. we're still stuck with big winds later tonight. as we go through the day tomorrow, pausing this at 9:00 in the morning, you can see between 20 and 30 and in some spots still 40-mile-an-hour winds. but it does look like it gets much better tomorrow evening. prepare for another windy day. of course what we have to talk about next is, we missed out on the blizzard. we came this close to it. but why was it such hard forecast to get nailed down? we're going to talk a little bit about that and show you some staggering snow totals coming up in just a few minutes. brian and ...
