  WINNIPEG -- Wednesday was an emotional day for Bodhan Wowczuk and Joseph Fourre. They’re each planning a wedding, which happens to be on the same weekend in August, and they were both hoping to be able to increase their guest list. Under the new public health orders coming into effect Saturday in Manitoba, outdoor weddings and funerals may include up to 150 participants.
