Tamika moss spear headed the effort. I remember a couple years back when we discovered we had empty Public Housing units. We worked with thenmayor ed lee to come up with 200 million to rehabilitate those units. When i first moved to the bay area, more than 30 years ago, i got on bart and was told to get off at the glen park bart station. It is the pleasure of fabulous architecture. You suddenly have experienced a building and you really experience that one. It is a stunning building. It is so worthy. Second thing going on, which is we are taxing a mode of transportation that is shown to create congestion and using that money to fund modes of transportation that could reduce transportation.
