Today, in a unanimous decision, the justices ruled that its not up to states to bar trump from their ballots under the 14th Amendment, so he gets to stay on the ballot in colorado, where the primary is tomorrow, maine, and illinois. They cant kick him off either. This decision is significant because the Supreme Court has never had to rule before on whether or not states have the power to disqualify a candidate, even an insurrectionist.
