When it comes to menus, few have the range of Chinese Canadian diner Queen Star, where home-fry breakfasts are served up alongside chop suey, egg foo young, and gyro pitas. For the past 14 years, Queen Star owners Su Ping Wu, 59, and Bei Hua Tang, 61—or Su and Tony—have been cooking it all att 1116 Queen St. West. Su and Tony Tang took over Queen Star, a West Queen West staple, in 2000. The restaurant is now closed for dine-in, with Tony running deliveries himself.
