Pavement at this intersection. I talked to a couple of commuters this afternoon who plan on taking it slow and being cautious as the sun goes down. Because many roads like this one will refreeze overnight. Tiffany londay, Incline Village it doesnt make a huge amount of difference on the highway, in terms of when you leave right after work or you wait until the suns already gone down.
