Book festival with my colleague. We want to welcome you all as you come in for this wonderful final panel of the day. This has been a week of events and special programming and all of you are having a literary fest with us and we are glad you are here. Coastal fog by noon, clouds clear and this afternoon, plenty of sunshine, temperatures reaching low 80s. Low to mid 60s at the coast. It started around 3 45 this morning on 39th avenue. Oakland fire says one resident jumped out of his bedroom window to escape the flames.
