Easter Eggstravaganza at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Hyatt Regency Hill Country is hosting its annual Easter Eggstravaganza! The resort will provide an Easter Brunch between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu will feature a carving station with Berkshire Ham and an herb-crusted smoked leg of lamb, as well as a raw bar with fresh seafood selections such as Old Bay-marinated poached shrimp and tuna poke. The holiday brunch is $80 for adults, $32 for children between the ages of six and 12 years old, and children five years and younger dine free.
