The next door neighbor of the family happened to be getting ready for work at 3 am and saw the flames and came out to wake up the family. I came out in saw the car on fire so i called 911. I went and knocked on the door and told him to come outside and get the kids out. Reporter the victim got out safely and his two young kids were sleeping directly over the garage it was upsetting to think what couldve happened had it not been for the neighbor.
