no it s not. this case really involves the chief of police who was mismanaging an event. he probably did a much better job managing his police department than he did this event. frankly i ve seen adults manage t-ball events better than what he did here. he is the one that asked for the uzi s to be at the event. he organized the shooting line. he should have done something to prevent this by something certified people on the line holding that weapon as that little eight-year-old boy was firing the gun. the fact that the father might have been making a bad decision in having his kid at the event does not exonerate this chief of police, mr. edward lurry from doing what he did. harris: what should happen at this point in your opinion legally, joseph. how does this go forward? do they punish the guy, throw out the case, in your opinion. at this point the prosecution has rested, and it s now the
