Workforce development for africanamericans in the western addition, fillmore, to help them develop the way to have access to city help. Put money for them to get paid to tell us what to do. When we talk about being committed to the work, i really have a little tolerance for people who just like to talk and i would like to say these three women have been committed to the idea and notion of Racial Equity and getting to the people who have been most harmed by the disparities and putting their money and their mouth where the work needs to be done.
