Is so key, i would like you in your very eloquent way explain to us why certainty is so critical. And if you didnt have the certainty of this federal bill, how it could impact you back home. Again, i know its repetitious, but its important. Thats the message i would like to see go out of this hearing. Again, let me say, i think certainty is the most important thing that we have to deal with. And over the last five or six years, we have not had that certainty obviously. And so we need it to plan.
