But just how historic, i think remains to be seen. This could be the beginning of the end of a culture of silence, of fear, of complacency. This could be the beginning of the end of violence against women, one of the most destructive and universal challenges we face. I think its too early to see where this momentum right now with the me too movement is going to lead, but the one thing we do know is that were going to make sure more womens voices are heard and more womens rights are protected, absolutely. A Macon woman was found guilty of violating a dog ordinance after an attack. Lise Nelson was also fined more than $127 after the guilty verdict for violating the city's vicious dog ordinance.
A court date had been postponed for a Macon woman charged for an alleged dog attack. Macon police said Lise Nelson's dog attacked a young boy and sent him to the hospital.
A young boy in Macon was taken to a hospital in Jackson. Macon police said he was viciously attacked by a dog. The dog's owner is now in jail facing criminal charges.
