NMSU Provost names Brown, Titus dean emeritae


Retired New Mexico State University deans Susan Brown and Elizabeth Titus have been recognized as dean emeritae by NMSU Provost Carol Parker. Both Brown and Titus were recognized for their service to the university at the Dec. 2 NMSU Board of Regents meeting.

Titus retired from the university Oct. 1. She joined NMSU as dean of the library in July 2000. Parker had previously named Titus, the library’s first woman dean, professor emerita in recognition for her contributions to NMSU and the state.
