We begin with breaking news right outside Wilson High School. News 4s Mark Segraves is there. Reporter we can tell you just after 9 00 this morning a student walked into the doors here near tenleytown suffering from a stab wound. Police were called, fire and ambulance have responded. Hes now at a local hospital stable. But we can tell you police are now in this neighborhood searching for the suspect.
