Hours tieing up traffic and shutting down the area at jones and mcallister streets. The s. W. A. T. Team was called out. Officers negotiated with the man who was threatening to harm hu himself. He told police he didnt want to go to prison. They asked him to show his hands. When he refused, officers fired bean bag rounds at him. To think of human life before all, we were going to give this guy as much time as he needed and we needed to make sure that we did not have to result to lethal force if we didnt have to.
