Owners Kelly and Chris Bunyoung said it had been an exciting journey through uncharted waters. “The drive-through has been a challenge and it’s been exciting,” Mrs Bunyoung said. “This is a very new venture for us, we’ve had no template or anything to go off. “We’ve had to design it and plan how we can function a bakery at a higher turn-around point to meet demand on a drive-through.” The new store will replace the previous Hospital Road location. ....
