Thats just the beginning. The winds will be gusty in the upper elevations, but we are looking at a sweet valentines day with temperatures warmer than yesterday. Temperatures from the 60s to low 70s by noontime. Highs well above average. We could see some temperatures today midand upper 70s. 60s on the coast, but not for long. We will be warming up.
