Amos is suspected of shooting someone dead in fairfield a week abow. S. W. A. T. Teams were close to catching him last night but amos got away just in time. And police taped off this neighborhood last night during a manhunt. Officers had received a tip that he was in a home on the 100 block of stevens street. Police warned people nearby to stay inside and lock up. They pored through the neighborhood but found out that he left the area before they were ready to start the search.
