Found that the change is working with minimal impacts. We not only looked at sixth street, but also fifth and seventh as a corridor and the traffic did not shift significantly or change significantly on those streets. So, based on that, we recommend that it be approved and made permanent and we presented the results to city planning and they gave it a categorical exemption now for this particular proposal.
