Travel to Puerto Rico just got a lot simpler.
Updated May 25, 2021, 8:55 p.m. ET: Due to a change in the executive order, the waived test for vaccinated travelers goes into effect on May 25, while the local curfew is lifted as of May 24.
Starting May 25, fully vaccinated travelers no longer need to present negative COVID-19 test results to travel to Puerto Rico if they are arriving on a domestic flight from the U.S. mainland. Travelers arriving on international flights and all unvaccinated travelers must still present negative COVID-19 test results.  ....

Puerto Rico Loosens COVID-19 Restrictions Once Again
Puerto Rico beaches reopen on January 8 for recreational use.
Though Puerto Rico is still encouraging essential travel only right now, its new governor, Pedro Pierluisi, is loosening several COVID-19 restrictions and plans to reopen beaches, natural attractions, marinas, and pools on Friday, January 8. Pierluisi is also lifting the Sunday lockdown and shortening the nightly curfew that has been in place on the island since the beginning of the pandemic. The new curfew which is from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and other measures go into effect on January 8 and will last for at least 30 days, according to the latest travel advisory. ....
