Experts at a seminar titled 'Navigating New Horizons: The Evolving Patterns of Keralas Migration Landscape' highlighted that factors such as citizenship, wage disparities, work-life balance, belief in legal protection of human and labor rights, and dissatisfaction with political and social conditions in the country contribute to increased migration to Western nations.
