Another ambush of another officer. A homeless man is seen reaching around a Police Officer who was guarding officer Jessie Hartnetts hospital bed attempting to grab his gun. The officer fought back, the man is in custody. The officer was not injured in the incident. The male indicated he was trying to take the gun because he wanted to rob a chinese store. The homeless man was not connected with archer but at a time of heightened fear and vigilance officers will be working in teams of two when they go out on patrol.
