On page 77 of our report, our recommended reductions to the proposed budget totalled of that amount, 585, 859 are savings and the other is one time savings. This would allow an increase of 3,239 or 7. 2 percent in the department our total is 639, 963 in 1516 and of that amount, 574 are ongoing savings.
