'People told me lesbians go home with women because they're not pretty enough to find men'
This year, Meri Hernandez (27) discovered that it’s never too late to be who you truly are. Two years ago, she finally found the courage to come out as a lesbian on TikTok, speak up about the traumatic events her family faced in Spain, and really embrace her life in Ireland. As one of the people featured on RTÉ’s First Dates, she wants this to be the year she finally finds ‘the one’.
