Qu'eed Batts, a killer at 14, has twice won resentencings after the courts threw out the life-without-parole terms he received for gunning down one teenager and wounding another in a gang-ordered shooting in Easton in 2006.
The state Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal by 14-year-old Easton killer Qu'eed Batts, who has twice been sentenced to life in prison without parole and who has became a symbol in the debate over how the justice system treats juvenile offenders.
