Ira Mittelman will head up the staff at The Grumpy Rabbit, 105 W. Front St., Lonoke. His exact role is still being worked out, but he has plans to upgrade the menu, "try to take it up a few notches," he says. The restaurant's hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday.
