Pete Garvin on October 13, 2023.
Newport, R.I. – The U.S. Naval War College (NWC) will begin accepting applications April 1for new and returning students in the Fleet Seminar Program for the new academic year beginning in September 2023.
The Fleet Seminar Program delivers a seminar-based curriculum taught by adjunct and on-campus faculty members to students annually at Naval bases and stations across the United States.
